How long does my order take to ship?

Pre Made Art Works

If you have ordered a ready made artwork then you can expect it to ship within 5 working days of placing your order.

Custom designs

Depending on what you have ordered as a custom item will of course affect how long it will take to be made. An estimate will be provided when we are discussing the design of your artwork and regular updates on the progress against that plan will be provided. Once your custom artwork has been completed then you can expect it to ship within 5 working days as with ready made items.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes prices are listed on the Order Page

Items can currently be shipped to the UK, North America and Europe (European Union and EEA) at set fee. Rest of world is priced on application.

What is your return policy? 

Pre Made Art Works

Pre made artworks may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are not to your satisfaction. Upon return receipt, you will be refunded for the price of your purchase.

Custom designs

Unfortunately, returns cannot be offered for custom made items.
